Steps:

  1. Download required file from the links above.
  2. Drag the collaborativeitems.dat into Fiddler Autoresponder
    or
    Use the rule editor as beside REGEX:(?insx).*collaborativeitems\.dat$
  3. Go into Pet Society.
  4. Now, all the items are unlock.
